We have been trading for six years, with fifteen field crew and five office staff. Most of our work is domestic: extensions, loft conversions, renovations, new builds and self builds. We also deliver small commercial projects including cafes, pavilions and shop fit-outs.
What sets us apart is that we handle the whole project under one roof. Feasibility, site visits, drawings and the building warrant through CWJ Architectural Design Services. Estimating and costing by our own quantity surveyors. The build itself managed and delivered by our own team. We also deal with the council on your behalf, from the warrant application through to the completion certificate.
From the first sketch to the final sign off, there is nobody else for you to find.

Timely communication
You hear from us before you have to ask, including when something changes.
Care on site
Most of our clients live in the house while we work in it. We keep the working area separate, protect what we are walking through, and leave the house clean and usable every day.
Clear pricing
Our own quantity surveyors price the build from the approved warrant drawings. Finishing items are priced one by one, and what is not included is written down.
Craftsmanship
Our own joiners and plumbers, working alongside a settled team of trades we have used for years. Whoever is on your job, you have one contract and one company answering for the work.
