They prepare the drawing packs, handle planning applications where they are needed and prepare the building warrant application. Because they work alongside our quantity surveyors and site team, your project is designed with the build in mind from the first sketch.

Do I have to use CWJ Architectural Design Services for my drawings?
No, but most of our clients do. Having the design and the build under one roof means the people drawing your project work alongside the people building it.
Can I use CWJ Architectural Design Services for drawings only?
Yes. They take on design-only projects too, so you can have drawings, planning and a building warrant prepared and decide on the build afterwards.
Who deals with the council?
CWJ Architectural Design Services prepare and submit the planning and building warrant applications. Once the build starts, we deal with the council through to the completion certificate.
Can I already have drawings from another designer?
Yes. If your drawings and warrant are already in place, our quantity surveyors can price the build from them.
