I had Cutwood Joinery lay herringbone flooring in my hallway, lounge sittingroom, and dining room . I also had them tile my porch and change my radiators. Kris, the estimator turned up on time and provided a comprehensive quote 3 days after the visit, I made a couple of changes, and each time, he provided quotes within a day or two. The work started on the day they said it would, and the joiners attended every day. Ryan ,Barry and another Joiner (I didn't catch his name) were very professional and pleasant and went out of their way to explain what they were doing. Callum the tiler and Robbie the plumber were also professional and very hardworking. I had a couple of small issues which Oscar the owner sorted immediately and did it without hesitation. I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that I have recommended them to my family who are looking to have work carried out. The pictures I've posted may not show off the floor to their best as I still have to paint the skirting but the finish to the floors was extremely good.

Finally got around to getting the walls and skirting painted.
Oscar and his team did the floors, skirting and replaced all the radiators. really happy with the result.
Been about 5 months now and no issues. Oscar supplied the guy to do the mastic around the skirting and floor, he came really quickly after I told him the painting had been done.
Great service would thoroughly recommend.

Cut Wood Joinery quite literally came to my rescue after another joiner had left my kitchen in a real mess. From the very first contact, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring. They took the time to assess the damage, explain what needed done, and then carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard.

Not only did they fix all the mistakes, but they also went above and beyond to make sure the finish was exactly what I had hoped for in the first place. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in their work really stood out.

Kris and his team carried out work to replace a ceiling which had come down owing to water ingress from one of the storms we had earlier in the year.

They replaced the flooring which was also damaged and repainted the ceiling and walls to get things back the way they should be.

The standard of work is excellent and it was great to be able to just leave them to get on with it. I had nothing to do, after the initial discussions about what needed to be done.

All in all a pain free experience, the professional approach and 'can do attitude' is rare these days I have no hesitation in recommending them for any work you may require.

Love my new kitchen/diner, contacted Kris from Cutwood for a quote to basically redo my whole downstairs, this included a new kitchen, flooring throughout and decorating. From getting quote to getting started was very quick about 5 weeks, Oscar came out the day before start date to confirm details.Work was done to a very high standard and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Took slightly longer than anticipated but it was a big job and only a week longer which was great. Would definitely recommend Cutwood for any home improvements and will be contacting again in the future for other projects. Thank you to all especially Paul who’s attention to detail was first class.

New full staircase installed - very good workmanship and very pleased with the result. The work took longer than expected to schedule for various reasons and Cutwood visited several times to ensure measurements were absolutely spot-on due to differing widths in our hall. But, once the staircase was ready (it was built off-site by a supplier) and the installation was booked, the work went smoothly. Hats off to the main joiner/carpenter on the job (Paul) who's attention to detail and standard of work was high. The guys were professional, polite and trustworthy when working in our home. Would recommend.
