Building work in Wishaw
Wishaw is a town in North Lanarkshire, right next to Motherwell and above the Clyde Valley. It has a railway station and a mix of older streets and modern estates. Homes here range from older streets and modern estates.
Most of our work is extensions, conversions, renovations and new builds, handled from drawings to completion. One of our closest projects to Wishaw is the garden room with wc in Stonehouse, about 6 miles away. We also work in Motherwell, Larkhall and Carluke, close to Wishaw.
Wishaw is about 27 miles from our Kilmarnock office as the crow flies. We take on larger projects here: extensions, full renovations and new builds. Planning and building warrant applications for Wishaw go to North Lanarkshire Council. Our sister company, CWJ Architectural Design Services, prepares them, and we deal with the council through to the completion certificate.
