Who can claim the £2,000?
Homeowners planning a house extension or loft conversion who have their drawings done by CWJ Architectural Design Services and then choose Cutwood Joinery & Construction to build the project.
How do I get the £2,000?
You pay the design fees to CWJ Architectural Design Services as normal. When you choose Cutwood Joinery & Construction as your builder, £2,000 is deducted from your build price.
What if I decide not to build with you?
That is fine. The drawings, planning and building warrant are yours to use. The £2,000 is only deducted when Cutwood Joinery & Construction is chosen to carry out the build.
Who are CWJ Architectural Design Services?
Our sister company. They prepare drawing packs, planning applications and building warrant applications, and work alongside our Quantity Surveyors and site team.
Does the offer cover other types of project?
The offer is for house extensions and loft conversions. If you are planning something else, get in touch and we will talk it through.
